We work just a little differently from what you might be used to.

With us, you have direct contact with the GP, without the practice assistant acting as an intermediary. You can do this via the website, or simply by telephone using the usual number.

You’ll never be put on hold with us, as we operate exclusively by appointment. You decide when the GP should contact you.

Together, we’ll assess the best course of action for each situation. Where possible, we’ll help you straight away by phone or via a video call. Would you prefer to send a message with a photo? You can do this easily via the personal portal. Here, you can get in touch 24/7, request repeat prescriptions, view test results and access your own medical records.

Is a more detailed consultation or physical examination required? If so, you’re welcome to visit our GP practice by appointment.
