For patients who need regular check-ups, we have partnered with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment is timely and well prepared. They will send you e-mail messages on behalf of our practice. Such a message could be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. It is very nice for us if you comply with such a request.
Soon you will be able to log in with DigiD in the patient environment. Until then, it is necessary to log in with an account. You can use this here applications. The practice will create an account for you.
Yes indeed. The first contact is always a call-back appointment with the GP. The GP determines with you whether a consultation at the practice is necessary.
Emails about your appointments and your patient environment come from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To create your patient environment (portal), you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nl. Please add these mail addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your phone. That way, our mails will be recognised as trusted.
