Via the Patient Portal on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, you can easily and securely manage your healthcare matters at any time. Here, you can, among other things, make appointments, request repeat prescriptions, start an e-consultation, view your medical records, and see test results.

It will soon be possible to log in using DigiD. You will then no longer need a separate username and password. Until then, an account is required. You can request this from the practice via this form.
